Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The Administrative Assistant will provide key support to the team and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, such as managing calendars and booking travel arrangements.
- Greet visitors and provide general assistance and information.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal communication is essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
